About this course

This webinar is designed to equip licensed mental health professionals with practical skills and strategies to maximize therapeutic impact within limited timeframes. Focusing on short-term, evidence-based modalities, the session will provide actionable techniques tailored to the unique needs of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients and others with brief therapy engagements. Participants will gain insight into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), learning how to effectively prioritize goals, foster client engagement, and deliver measurable results in condensed therapeutic timelines.

Currently serving as a Clinical Manager, Natalia collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, enhance service quality, and optimize therapist performance. With a strong foundation in mental health counseling and rehabilitation, Natalia is committed to fostering client engagement and advancing organizational growth. She is multilingual, fluent in Russian and Bulgarian, and is currently pursuing an MBA to expand her leadership expertise.
