About this live event

This course provides clinicians with practical, real-world guidance for conducting and documenting effective risk assessments, crisis planning, and coordination of care. Therapists will deepen their confidence in recognizing varying levels of client risk, responding to moments of escalation, and creating collaborative safety plans that promote client well-being. Participants will learn how to assess and monitor risk throughout the therapeutic relationship, support clients during crises using Tava’s tools and resources, and clearly document risk-related decisions to ensure continuity and high-quality care. The session also highlights best practices for coordinating with external providers and making appropriate referrals, strengthening support networks around clients and enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

    Natalia Andreev, LPC, NCC, is a dedicated and accomplished licensed professional counselor with extensive experience in clinical management, operational oversight, and direct client care. Currently serving as a Clinical Manager, Natalia collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, enhance service quality, and optimize therapist performance. With a strong foundation in mental health counseling and rehabilitation, Natalia is committed to fostering client engagement and advancing organizational growth. She is multilingual, fluent in Russian and Bulgarian, and is currently pursuing an MBA to expand her leadership expertise.
